CubeX 3D Printer Tutorial
Required Files This tutorial will introduce you to many of the features of the CubeX 3D printer and its accompanying software. Some of the tutorials and projects require specific files. When you are directed to access a file in the course, return to this screen and click the appropriate file.
We've heard of issues downloading the STL files below. Rather than just clicking the link, try right-clicking the link and selecting Save Link As, then save the file to your computer. Next, open the software then try opening the file.

Required Materials Some of the projects require materials (other than plastic) to complete. Below are lists of those materials. Most of the items are listed based on the completion of a single project, while others are more generic in nature.
Model Rocket Project
- 1/2" PVC pipe approximately 14" long (used as a template for the rocket body)
- Wax paper
- Tape
- Several sheets of blank printer paper
- Glue
- Scissors
- Fin material (balsa wood, cardboard, etc.)
- Sand paper
- Fin alignment guide (optional)
