The
Georgia State Golf Association (GSGA)
recently stopped by
BEAA Country Club
to perform a course rating. According to
the GSGA website, "Each GSGA member course in
the state is rated and measured when it joins
and again whenever changes are made. The course
is rated every five to seven years by a trained
team of GSGA course raters working in accordance
with the USGA Course and Slope Rating System.
GSGA also provides tee-to-green laser
measurements and issues Pace of Play Standards
in accordance with the USGA Pace Rating System."
