Congratulations to Ryan Zebeaua who’s T3 finish
in this year's Rome Tour Championship played at
Cherokee Golf & Country Club allowed him to
retain his place atop the RT Points list just 32
points ahead of second place finisher Brady
Garratt and claim the overall top spot and the
Tour's Player of the Year Honor!
Congratulations also to Rob VanGorder, a past
Rome Tour Player of The Year, as he won the
season-ending tournament by 4 shots over second
place finisher Beau Gammage and Brady Garratt
who also finished T3 along with Zebeau.
There were a half-dozen players mathematically
alive to win the overall title and after the
first nine holes the outcome was still up in the
air – but Zebeaus’ 3-Under 33 on the back nine
including his final birdie on 18 separated him
from the other contenders!
The golf course was in terrific condition - as
any course would be that was fortunate enough to
have Chuck Butler! Thank you to all the Cherokee
staff and Tony Tyler for all your help and
support!
Thank you to all the players also, it was a fun
season once again! The 2016 season will be here
before we know it and we’ll get to do it all
over again!

Additional Information
If you gain just one single point in any
official Tour event (meaning you rank 15th or
better), you're qualified to play in the Tour
Championship.
